Research in social work focuses on understanding and improving the effectiveness of interventions aimed at enhancing individual and community well-being. Key areas of our research include: Needs Assessment, Feasibility Studies, Best Practices, and Policy Impact Studies. By focusing on rigorous research and dissemination of findings, She's STEM Foundation enhances the evidence base for social work and interventions in Cameroon, leading to more informed and effective strategies for addressing the country’s pressing social challenges.
Our Initiatives

Our organization, equally produces and disseminates publications based on our research findings. These include reports, academic papers, and policy briefs that contribute to the body of knowledge on health and social issues in Cameroon. Publications play a key role in raising awareness, influencing policy, and advocating for resources.
