At She's STEM Foundation, we are dedicated to uplifting communities and empowering women. Currently, we are assisting over eight women's groups across Baliama, Omeng, Omende, Yangben, Mbangassina, Eyambouni, and more villages. Our efforts focus on helping these groups register their Common Initiative Groups (CIGs), improving their access to financial resources and providing essential training in cassava flour production and management of income-generating activities.
By equipping these women with the knowledge and skills needed to produce cassava flour, we are not only enhancing their economic opportunities but also promoting food security within their communities. The training includes best practices for flour production as well as guidance on managing their income-generating groups effectively.
In addition to training, we are providing vital equipment such as grinders and dryers to streamline the cassava flour production process. This investment enables these women to produce high-quality flour and pastries, fostering local businesses and helping combat hunger in their villages.
Our initiative is more than just about flour production; it is about creating sustainable pathways for women to support their families and communities. By enhancing their income, we are helping to ensure that children remain in school, paving the way for a brighter future.
Together, we are building resilient communities that prioritize nutrition and education. The impact of our work is evident in the lives of these women and their families, as they embrace new opportunities and strengthen their roles as leaders in their communities.
At She's STEM Foundation, we believe that empowering women is key to driving sustainable development. We are excited about the progress we are making and look forward to continuing our efforts to support these remarkable women in their journey toward empowerment and success.
